Herbal Toner: Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Echinacea Angustifolia (Cornflower) Extract, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Fruit Extract, Calendula Officinalis (Marigold) Flower Extract, Hypericum Perforatum (St. John’s Worth) Extract, Tussilago Farfara (Coltsfoot) Flower Extract, Trigonella Foenum-Graecum (Fenugreek) Seed Extract, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Extract, Brown Sugar, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Caramel
STEP 2: Add 5-6 pumps of Herbal Toner over Cleansing Oil and continue to massage them together until sticky. Add cool water gradually to emulsify and turn into a white milky emulsion. Rinse until you no longer feel the emulsion.
