Returns Policy
Paradigm Beauty offers a No-Hassle 30-Day Guarantee for returns and exchanges. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues within 14 days. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Only items purchased directly from Paradigm Beauty are eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Package Protection
We strongly encourage purchasing our Package Protection option, which is automatically added to your shopping cart. You may remove this option; however, if removed, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, you would need to contact the carrier directly.
If you purchased Package Protection and have not received your package, please contact us immediately. Package Protection allows us to work with our third-party insurance provider to ensure that your package is replaced.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to weather conditions, such as extreme heat, cold, or water exposure. If weather may be an issue, please check for your package promptly or request that your local mail carrier hold it for pick-up.

Exchange Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, Paradigm Beauty also offers a simple exchange process. Please review the following conditions for exchanges:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start an Exchange
- To request an exchange, email us at hello@shopparadigmbeauty.com with your order number and product details.
- We’ll provide an invoice that reflects any discounts or reward points used on your original order.
- Send back your original items to us. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
- If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund.
Extended Returns (after 30 days)
Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for a refund, subject to up to a 15% restocking fee.
Processing Your Exchange
Once we receive the item for exchange, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria. If approved, your replacement item will be shipped, and we’ll notify you when the exchange is processed.
