Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your order and selected shipping method at checkout. The total will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USPS Ground: 5-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 business days
  • FedEx Express: 2 business days

Please note that weekends and holidays may affect these times.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Yes, we ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs depend on weight and method. Certain items may be restricted due to chemical content or manufacturer regulations.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside of the continental USA. Some products, such as Elleebana, cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico due to regulations.

Potential Shipping Delays

We strive to fulfill orders promptly, but deliveries may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, holidays, or rare instances of high order volume. If your order is delayed, and you’ve received a shipping confirmation, it’s on its way!

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us so we can investigate the delay and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Reasons for Potential Delays

  • New Customer Verification: New customers may experience a minor delay on their first order as we verify professional licenses. Please check your email for status updates on your license verification.
  • Attempted Delivery Notification: If you’ve received an “attempted delivery” notification, the carrier will reattempt delivery on the next business day. For more information, please contact the carrier directly.

Undeliverable Orders

To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we offer a one-time complimentary re-shipment. After a second return, you’ll be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Package Protection

Package Protection is an optional insurance feature added to your shopping cart to cover lost or stolen packages. You may remove it by toggling off the option in your cart before checkout. If Package Protection is removed, your order will not be insured for loss or theft, and you will need to contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Missing Package Assistance

If your package is missing, please contact us with your email and order number. We will help you contact the carrier. If you purchased Package Protection, we’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.

Drop Shipping

We offer drop shipping to your customers! To use this service, select the drop ship option in your cart before checkout. Use the recipient’s shipping address during checkout, as this is where the order will be sent. The billing address and company name provided will display as the sender. If no company name is entered, we will use your first and last name.
